i find it extremely wrong of some graduates to regard their good clothes or garments, shoes, suitcases and cosmetics as being wastes, which must be jumble together on the floor and left in their dormitories, when they finish taking courses in universities.
that becomes excellently environmentally harmful, being in violation of rule and regulation to keep their universities clean.
succeeding in effort to avoid their happening again, universities should teach their students to develop highly morally to make a big saving on their own of usages, around which to ask them not to throw their money without placing its high value.
this helps them have good qualities that make them highly valuable for being the socially-responsible and well-behaved people getting civil to all.
thinking of this, universities are expected to have the used goods-buying and -selling shops set up. in these requirements are to meet for the second-hand goods, of which students are encouraged to make a purchase or a sale satisfactorily for their benefit.
this, i consider as being one of best measures taken to lead the educated students in saving their used goods, enabling students to become morally qualified ones.
